CareKudos was created from a simple observation: too much of the great work happening in care is never properly seen, recognised or documented.
Why CareKudos exists
A carer can make someone’s day better without receiving formal recognition. A staff member can consistently demonstrate compassion without anyone recording it. A team member can go above and beyond during a difficult shift without that achievement ever becoming part of their employment record.
