Is CareKudos just an employee rewards platform?+
No. CareKudos combines recognition with culture measurement, staff feedback, professional portfolios and CQC evidence.
Does CareKudos replace our existing care management or rota system?+
No. CareKudos is designed to work alongside existing systems using an agnostic integration approach.
Does CareKudos track staff turnover?+
CareKudos identifies recognition gaps and potential retention risks, but actual turnover data comes from your HR system.
Can families recognise staff?+
Yes. Family Stars provide another source of recognition for care workers.
Can staff download their achievements?+
Yes. Staff can download a professional portfolio containing their achievements, recognition, values and other relevant information.
Is CareKudos GDPR compliant?+
CareKudos is designed with GDPR controls including real-time scanning, role-based access and encryption. Users and Care Settings also have responsibilities under applicable data-protection requirements.
Does CareKudos guarantee CQC compliance or a CQC rating?+
No. The CQC Evidence Builder is intended to assist with inspection preparation and is not a substitute for professional compliance advice.
